Ferry ticket details
Schedule: The ferry leaves for Karimunjawa on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Before you book, check the current schedule on our Instagram Highlight. You can book up to 24 hours before departure.
Departure: Make sure to be in the harbour an hour before the departure of your boat in Jepara.
Duration: The boat takes around 4 to 5 hours, depending on the waves.
About the Siginjai ferry
The Siginjai ferry is a slow boat operated the government that not only carries people to Jepara and back but also cars, supplies animals, etc. On the first level, there are three different passenger areas, two for the executive class and one for the VIP. The deck on the second level is an open sun deck where you can sit in the outdoors. The boat is suitable for 200 passengers, from which 30 VIP tickets. VIP tickets get seats assigned to them, but the standard tickets are open seating and therefore people are free to find a place themselves.
The boat leaves once a day in the morning. Make sure to check the boat schedule on our Instagram Highlight before booking your ticket.
How does it work?
Place your order - When booking your taxi you automatically agree with our agency policy and booking and cancellation policy. Before ordering your ticket, please make sure to check the boat schedule on our Instagram Highlight. Don't forget to attach a copy of the passports from all travellers.
Confirm your order - Confirm your order by paying the order in full. After this will start processing.
Process booking - After receiving the payment we will order the tickets according to availibility. If your tickets are not availible we will refund the funts in full.
Confirmation email - As soon as we purchased your tickets, we will send you your invoice with the necessary information.
Departure - Make sure to be in the harbour an hour before departure. There you will meet our team an hour/half an hour before departure. They know how you look and will come and find you to hand you your ticket. From there you can easily hop on the ferry and finish your journey.
The price of the ferry ticket includes our service fee & the harbour tax.
To facilitate the booking process for fast boat tickets, our team requires a copy of the passports or KTP (identity cards) of all travelers. Please note that without these documents, we are unable to proceed with booking your ticket, as it is a requirement imposed by the boat company's insurance regulations. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in providing the necessary information for your booking.
After booking your ticket, our agency will provide you with an invoice. You can exchange this invoice for your boarding pass at the harbor on the morning of departure. To save you the hassle of waiting in line, our team will handle this process for you and meet you to hand over the tickets. Thank you for choosing our services.
To order a boat ticket, our agency requires full payment upfront. Please note that your order will not be processed until payment has been received. Thank you for your cooperation.

If the boat gets cancelled by the boat company, you will be able to get a full refund minus our service fee. You will receive the funds within 14 working days after the travel date. If you prefer to change the date, rather than cancelling your ticket, your tickets can be rescheduled free of charge.
I apologize for any confusion. Please note that the boat company does not offer a return ticket option. Instead, you must purchase two separate tickets for your outbound and return journeys. Yes, the ferry company does offer guests the option to purchase vehicle tickets for motorbikes and cars. It is possible to cancel or reschedule your boat ticket up to 48 hours prior to departure time. For any kind of modification, you will be charged a 25% administrative fee (minimum of Rp 25,000). Additionally, please note that infant tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable. Upon cancellation, a 50% fee will be applied. Thank you for your understanding.
